Why I do this work

As a mother of five, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing professional ambitions with personal fulfillment. This experience has deepened my empathy for executives navigating similar challenges and informs my intentional approach to leading from a place of wholeness.

I didn’t set out to become an executive coach. I set out to care for people.

What drives us. What stops us. What makes some leaders energize everyone around them — and what makes others quietly drain the life out of a room. And most importantly, why so many talented, ambitious people end up feeling lost inside careers that look successful from the outside.

I found part of the answer in emotional intelligence. Part of it in leadership science. Part of it in well-being and the body. And part of it — the part most coaches don’t talk about — in the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and what it actually means to live a whole life.

Those threads became Well Equipped Leadership.

When I'm not coaching, I’m doing the other thing I love most - cooking! Making time to feed my family is a top priority. Other activities that make me feel whole are walking with friends, practicing yoga, and being present when my kids get off the school bus.

This balance allows me to bring authenticity and real-world wisdom to my coaching relationships, helping other leaders find their own sustainable path to success.

Integrated Leadership

Mind

A cozy scene with a notebook and pen on a bed, a Bible open to Jeremiah 1, a cup of coffee on a wooden tray, and a green plant, all surrounded by a soft, beige blanket.

Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the inner operating system that drives how you lead. We use tools like the Leadership Circle Profile and Genos EI to help you understand not just what you do — but why.

Body

Sustainable leadership requires a sustainable human being. We integrate the science of well-being, energy management, and chronobiology to help you lead from a place of genuine vitality — not depletion.

Spirit

Purpose, meaning, values, and the deeper questions that emerge at every real crossroads. Spiritual well-being is not a soft concept — it is the pillar most leadership frameworks leave out entirely. It is also the one that changes everything.

Professional Background

In addition to my coaching expertise, I draw from a rich background in holistic health and wellness coaching, Corporate HR leadership, and extensive work with Executive MBA students at Georgia State's Robinson College of Business. Having worked 1:1 with over 80 mid to senior-level leaders, I have developed a unique ability to connect with individuals and create tailored strategies that support career growth while improving overall wellness and emotional resilience.

I am also a dedicated mother of five, balancing my professional life with raising a vibrant family. My personal experiences as a mother have deepened my understanding of the challenges leaders face when striving for balance between work, personal life, and wellness. This empathy allows me to coach others in creating sustainable success without sacrificing well-being.

Whether it's helping clients navigate career transitions, enhance their leadership presence, or heal from burnout, my coaching philosophy revolves around a holistic approach to leadership, which integrates three pillars of leadership: Awareness, Alliance, and Action.

The Three Pillars of Leadership

Awareness

The foundation of effective leadership begins with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal wellness. Leaders who understand their strengths, triggers, and values can lead authentically and with greater resilience. My coaching helps executives develop deeper self-awareness, manage stress effectively, and align their leadership approach with their core values.

Alliance

Great leaders inspire and develop those around them. This pillar focuses on empathy, communication, and relationship building. I help executives enhance their ability to connect with team members, navigate difficult conversations, and create psychologically safe environments where innovation and engagement can flourish. Female leaders often excel in these relational aspects of leadership when given the right tools and support.

Action

Ultimately, leadership is about achieving results through effective decision-making, execution, and creating sustainable systems. My coaching helps leaders develop strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and the ability to create cultures that balance high performance with wellbeing. This pillar focuses on translating emotional intelligence and relationship skills into tangible business outcomes.
