1 : 1 Executive Coaching — To Lead Well is to Be Well.
Melissa works privately with female executives to elevate emotional intelligence while protecting their most valuable asset: well‑being. Each engagement begins with the Genos EI Assessment and a wellness audit, then moves into bi‑weekly video sessions that weave EQ skill‑building, stress‑resilience tactics, and real‑time leadership challenges. You’ll co‑create a six‑month roadmap with clear metrics (think engagement scores, hours reclaimed, or promotion‑readiness). Between sessions, Melissa provides curated resources to keep you inspired and on track. Clients emerge with sharper self‑awareness, calmer decision‑making, and a performance shift that gets noticed by the team.
Career Transition —Make work meaningful again
A meaningful career is one of the primary foods of a healthy life.
If your job isn’t filling your bucket for meaning, I can help you reconnect purpose with paychecks and make a confident pivot (either where you are or someplace new).
My job is to help you reflect deeply so you can connect to the real you and tell a story that connects your values, experiences, and strengths into a cohesive and compelling narrative for the world to hear.
What we’ll do (Awareness · Alliance · Action)
Awareness: Surface strengths, values, and energy patterns; name what “feels like you.”
Alliance: Craft your signature story and Personal Value Statement; align your network (powerbase) to open doors.
Action: Focus your search on right-fit roles, run weekly sprints, and execute a 90-day plan with clear milestones.
You’ll walk away with
A clear new story you can say out loud (and on LinkedIn) without second-guessing.
A short list of target roles/companies that match your strengths and values.
A repeatable system: weekly actions, accountability, and practical tools for interviews, networking, and offers.
Renewed well-being and confidence—work that fuels your life, not drains it.
Be Well. Lead on Purpose.

Coaching Process
Discovery & Assessment
We begin with a complimentary discovery call to understand your goals and challenges. If we decide to work together, we'll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your leadership style, emotional intelligence, and current challenges. This may include the Genos Emotional Intelligence assessment and interviews with key stakeholders.
Personalized Coaching Plan
Based on our assessment, we'll develop a tailored coaching plan focused on your specific goals and needs. This plan will outline our coaching focus areas, success metrics, and timeline. We'll establish clear objectives that align with both your personal leadership development and organizational outcomes.
Regular Coaching Sessions
We'll meet bi-weekly or monthly for focused coaching sessions, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. These sessions provide a confidential space to explore challenges, develop new strategies, and practice new skills. Between sessions, you'll have specific action items and practices to implement in your daily leadership.
Progress Review & Integration
Throughout our coaching relationship, we'll regularly review progress against your goals and adjust our approach as needed. At the conclusion of our coaching engagement, we'll conduct a final assessment to measure growth and create a sustainability plan to ensure your continued development and success.

Melissa blends evidence‑based emotional‑intelligence frameworks with practical wellness science. The focus is on three pillars—Awareness, Alliance, and Action—so leaders grow their inner clarity, strengthen relationships, and drive results without sacrificing well‑being.

While both are valuable, executive coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and achieve specific professional goals. Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health concerns. As your coach, I focus on developing your leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and creating strategies for professional success.
-
Many clients report initial insights and small changes within the first few sessions. However, sustainable transformation typically requires 3-6 months of consistent work. Leadership development is a journey, and the most significant results often emerge over time as new behaviors and mindsets become integrated into your daily leadership practice.
-
Absolutely. Our coaching relationship is built on trust and confidentiality. All discussions, assessments, and information shared during our sessions remain strictly confidential. This creates a safe space for you to explore challenges, vulnerabilities, and growth opportunities without concern about information being shared with your organization or colleagues.

While I specialize in coaching female executives and have deep expertise in the unique challenges women face in leadership positions, I occasionally work with male leaders who are committed to developing emotional intelligence and creating inclusive, well-being focused cultures. My approach is particularly effective for leaders who value empathy, authenticity, and meaningful work.
