1 : 1 Executive Coaching — To Lead Well is to Be Well.

Melissa works privately with executives to elevate emotional intelligence while protecting their most valuable asset: well‑being. Each engagement begins with the Genos EI Assessment and a wellness audit, then moves into bi‑weekly video sessions that weave EQ skill‑building, stress‑resilience tactics, and real‑time leadership challenges. You’ll co‑create a six‑month roadmap with clear metrics (think engagement scores, hours reclaimed, or promotion‑readiness). Between sessions, Melissa provides curated resources to keep you inspired and on track. Clients emerge with sharper self‑awareness, calmer decision‑making, and a performance shift that gets noticed by the team.

A meaningful career is one of the primary foods of a healthy life.

If your job isn’t filling your bucket for meaning, I can help you reconnect purpose with paychecks and make a confident pivot (either where you are or someplace new).

My job is to help you reflect deeply so you can connect to the real you and tell a story that connects your values, experiences, and strengths into a cohesive and compelling narrative for the world to hear.

In just 4 weeks, we will:

  • Surface strengths, core values, and write a compelling career story

  • Brand your Resume and LinkedIn with a Personal Value Statement that aligns with your target audience

  • Create a targeted Networking Action Plan to execute your pivot

You’ll walk away with

  • A clear new story you can say out loud (and on LinkedIn) without second-guessing.

  • A short list of target roles/companies that match your strengths and values.

  • A plan for moving towards your next step

  • Renewed well-being and confidence

Be Well. Lead on Purpose.

Emotional Intelligence Workshops — Skill Sprints for Modern Leadership

Melissa’s interactive workshops deliver high‑impact learning in 90‑minute or half‑day formats, onsite or virtual. Topics cover:

  • Emotional Intelligence for Leaders – Decode the six EI competencies and practice live situational drills.

  • Building Your Personal Brand – Align values, narrative, and executive presence for authentic influence.

  • Creating a Culture of Wellness – Embed well‑being KPIs into team norms and performance reviews.

Workshops mix brief theory bursts, breakout simulations, and actionable take‑home frameworks. Teams leave with shared language, practical tools, and a 30‑day micro‑action plan to cement new habits—turning “aha” moments into everyday leadership behavior.

“Working with Melissa transformed my approach to leadership. As a female executive in a male-dominated industry, I struggled with burnout and imposter syndrome. Through our coaching sessions, I developed emotional intelligence skills that not only improved my leadership effectiveness but also created a more supportive culture for my team. I’m now leading with confidence and purpose while maintaining my wellbeing.”

Coaching Process

Discovery & Assessment

We begin with a complimentary discovery call to understand your goals and challenges. If we decide to work together, we'll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your leadership style, emotional intelligence, and current challenges. This may include the Genos Emotional Intelligence survey or The Leadership Circle Profile, both highly regarded as premium leadership 360 tools.

Personalized Coaching Plan

Based on our assessment, we'll develop a tailored coaching plan focused on your specific goals and needs. This plan will outline our coaching focus areas, success metrics, and timeline. We'll establish clear objectives that align with both your personal leadership development and organizational outcomes.

Regular Coaching Sessions

We'll meet bi-weekly or monthly for focused coaching sessions, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. These sessions provide a confidential space to explore challenges, develop new strategies, and practice new skills. Between sessions, you'll have specific action items and practices to implement in your daily leadership.

Progress Review & Integration

Throughout our coaching relationship, we'll regularly review progress against your goals and adjust our approach as needed. At the conclusion of our coaching engagement, we'll conduct a final assessment to measure growth and create a sustainability plan to ensure your continued development and success.
